Konstruhkt Industries Ltd, privately owned and operating in the Nelson area, specialises in prefabricated and panelised structures: ranging from small, fully assembled, relocatable sleepouts and transportable, factory-built homes, to over 100 low cost social housing units, right up to construction panels for large multi-story commercial projects.

We are the sole manufacturer for Potius Building Systems, assembling Floor, Wall and Roof panels and long spanning Box Beams and we also produce precut LVL Post, Beam and Truss components.

Our in-house shop drawing service, working in conjunction with the engineer and builder, maximises spans, minimises materials and reduces onsite build time.
